Return & Cancellation Policy
Fabriclore is a B2B textile manufacturing company, and our return and cancellation policy varies
based on the type of purchase.
1. Website Sample Purchases

Fabric samples purchased through the Fabriclore website are not eligible for return, exchange, or cancellation.

Samples are provided strictly for reference purposes, including quality, color, and texture.
- All sample orders are non-refundable and non-returnable.
2. Website Bulk / Commercial Orders
- Bulk or commercial orders placed through the website are not eligible for returns or cancellations.
- These orders follow a separate workflow: Quotation → Sales Order → Production → Dispatch.
- Since bulk orders are customized and manufactured as per customer requirements, returns or cancellations are not permitted unless approved as an exceptional case by Fabriclore management.
3. Store Purchases

Purchases made directly from Fabriclore’s physical store are eligible for returns.

Returns will be accepted only if the product is unused, uncut, and in original condition, along with the original invoice, and the request is raised within the specified return period.
- Fabriclore reserves the right to inspect the product before approving any return or exchange.
4. Damaged or Incorrect Products
- In case a damaged, defective, or incorrect product is received (eligible cases only), customers must notify the Fabriclore team within 24–48 hours of delivery.

Supporting images or videos are mandatory for verification.
- Returns or replacements will be processed only after verification.
5. Final Authority
- The final decision regarding any return, exchange, or cancellation rests solely with Fabriclore management.
- This policy may be updated from time to time based on business requirements and manufacturing constraints.
