Return & Cancellation Policy 

Fabriclore is a B2B textile manufacturing company, and our return and cancellation policy varies
based on the type of purchase.

1. Website Sample Purchases

  • Fabric samples purchased through the Fabriclore website are not eligible for return, exchange, or cancellation.
  • Samples are provided strictly for reference purposes, including quality, color, and texture.
  • All sample orders are non-refundable and non-returnable.

2. Website Bulk / Commercial Orders

  • Bulk or commercial orders placed through the website are not eligible for returns or cancellations.
  • These orders follow a separate workflow: Quotation → Sales Order → Production → Dispatch.
  • Since bulk orders are customized and manufactured as per customer requirements, returns or cancellations are not permitted unless approved as an exceptional case by Fabriclore management.

3. Store Purchases

  • Purchases made directly from Fabriclore’s physical store are eligible for returns. 
  • Returns will be accepted only if the product is unused, uncut, and in original condition, along with the original invoice, and the request is raised within the specified return period.
  • Fabriclore reserves the right to inspect the product before approving any return or exchange.

4. Damaged or Incorrect Products


  • In case a damaged, defective, or incorrect product is received (eligible cases only), customers must notify the Fabriclore team within 24–48 hours of delivery.
  •  Supporting images or videos are mandatory for verification.
  • Returns or replacements will be processed only after verification.

5. Final Authority

  • The final decision regarding any return, exchange, or cancellation rests solely with Fabriclore management.
  • This policy may be updated from time to time based on business requirements and manufacturing constraints.
