Returns are acceptable only in case of major weaving defects, unremovable stain or dirt. Customer shall inform of any such issue within 7 days from the date of receipt of the fabric.

3. Tolerance Acceptance by Customer
- Lot Length: 15%
(Lot length may vary upto 15% but payment shall be charged only as per the exact yardage)
- Weaving Defect: 5%
- Color Variance: 10%
- Colorfastness on the scale of 5 (Higher values indicate better fastness):
Darker colors = 3
Medium colors = 3.5
Light colors = 4
Color variance in the same shade may appear in repeat orders however multiple lots in a single order shall carry same color tone.
